Qualified Products Listings (QPL) include pre-qualified materials that may be used on construction and maintenance projects as specified in the project proposal. The Qualified Products Policies (QPP) provide information to the manufacturer of the material to assist them in obtaining pre-qualified status. Each QPL and QPP indicates when the last revision occurred and a contact name in the event assistance is required. SCDOT is only accepting QPL requests electronically.
Construction materials permanently incorporated into a federal-aid project must have a certification certifying compliance with SCDOT Supplemental Specification Domestic Materials Preference for Iron and Steel Products, Manufactured Products, and Construction Materials (Jan. 1, 2026) found here. Some materials and products may be prequalified if indicated as such on the applicable QPL.
