Meeting:

The South Carolina Department of Transportation will host a Public Information Meeting for the SC-160/I-77 Interchange Reconfiguration Project on Thursday, Jan. 30 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Real Life Church, 1930 Pleasant Road, Fort Mill, SC 29708. This public meeting will have an open house format and no formal presentation will be given by the project team. The public is encouraged to attend and welcome to drop in anytime during the open house public meeting. An online version of the public meeting will be available from Jan. 16 to Feb. 14 on the project website at www.SC160project.com. Online public meeting attendees will be able to submit comments to the project team.

Purpose:

The purpose of the public meeting is to present the alternatives for the SC-160/I-77 Interchange Reconfiguration Project to the public. To improve traffic operations and reduce traffic congestion, the SC-160/I-77 Interchange Reconfiguration Project will modify the Exit 85 interchange that connect Interstate 77 and SC-160 in Fort Mill, SC.

Public Comments:

The public will have 15 days following the public meeting to submit comment to our project team. Comments are due by Feb. 14, 2020. Comments can be submitted at the in-person public meeting, via the online public meeting, on our project website, by standard mail, or by email.
